SWEDISH
Uses long, gliding strokes, compression, and kneading of muscle tissues to improve circulation of blood and lymph, increase flexibility, and facilitate a deep state of relaxation.
CONNECTIVE (DEEP) TISSUE THERAPY
Focuses very specifically on only a few areas, utilizing long, slow strokes
to stretch the fascia of the body; a strong, often fibrous tissue, which surrounds, suffuses, and connects every muscle, bone, and organ of our bodies.

NEUROMUSCULAR / TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Applies concentrated finger pressure to release small intense areas of
localized muscle spasms that inhibit the supply of blood and oxygen to our muscles. What we commonly refer to as “Knots” in the muscle.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Draws on a variety of techniques to help muscles prepare for peak performance; reduce post-event muscle fatigue and soreness; restore flexibility; and prevent injury.

MYOFASCIAL DECOMPRESSION / ORTHOPEDIC CUPPING
Combines the vacuum suction of cupping with sliding and gliding strokes. This allows the therapist to stretch and release the fascia by lifting up and away from the center of the body, as opposed to compressing it downwards into the body. Can sometimes be more easily tolerated by clients who find more traditional deep tissue massage techniques too intense.
